Haute École Pédagogique du Canton de Vaud

The Haute École Pédagogique du Canton de Vaud (HEPV), offers comprehensive university-level education for future teachers as well as postgraduate training to teachers and education professionals. Today, over 3000 individuals pursue their studies at HEPV. As a member of the Swissuniversities network, HEPV cultivates dynamic collaborations in both educational training and research, forging partnerships with numerous national and international academic institutions. With is twelve teaching and research units (UER) and seven established research laboratories, HEPV is committed to advancing the field of educational sciences, particularly within the framework of national and international research projects.

Main tasks in the project

In MTSS-K, HEPV will assume a key role in teachers’ professional development and MTSS implementation in schools (WP4). Within WP4, HEPV is actively involved in specifying the school context required for the MTSS implementation, designing assessment and intervention tools that are scalable in real classroom settings, and developing the teachers professional training for Tiers 1 and 2.
